Come and see us for yourself! We have 2 clean, comfortable rooms available in this shared house just off Great Horton Road, close to the University and an easy 15 minute walk into town.

Bradford Interchange Coach & Rail Station is less than 15 minutes walk, and Bradford Forster Square a similar distance.

Shops nearby include 2 local corner shops on Grantham Road and Laisteridge Lane, as well as a 24 hr Sainsbury store, and also an ASDA, both with an cash point machine.

We are fortunate to have on our doorstep other facilities such as: the "Unique" swimming pool and gym, the National Media Museum and the Picture House cinema. The Alhambra Theatre and the new Broadway Shopping Centre are also close to hand, together with a good selection of eateries.

We choose our tenants thoughtfully and as a consequence have well managed properties.

FACILITIES:

6 bedrooms, and 3 toilet / shower rooms.

Kitchen with 2 x gas cooker, 3 x fridge freezer, washing machine..

On-street parking with free permits available from the Council.

Rent includes Wi-fi, utilities (gas, electric and water). We also provide: toilet roll, washing powder and washing up liquid.

The public areas of the house are cleaned each week. However, it is the responsibility of each tenant to maintain their own room to a high standard. Regular house checks are made.

ROOM PRICING NOTE:

The £75 or £80 weekly room rate for the different rooms is for single occupancy, and based on a 3 month minimum let.

Couples are welcome and we charge an additional £100 per month for the second occupant.

FEE NOTE:

We do not collect a bond because we prefer to select our tenants carefully. We do collect a Bedding Deposit of £75.
