The apartment has good sized rooms including lounge/dining room combined . Two double bedrooms. Built in wardrobe. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen . Bathroom with shower. The photos do not show the actual room sizes very well they are larger .
There is a communal garden shared with two other flats.
The flat itself is nicely furnished , neat and tidy but comfortable . Fantastic views over Bradford from the lounge and kitchen .
Bradford town centre is a short walk or 2 minute bus ride away as well as the Interchange bus and train station . Forster Square train station is 5 mins away . Local shops like Co op and Lidl are on the doorstep .
I work away alot and you would have the apartment to yourself alot of the time .
I am a quiet friendly person who is easy going and clean .
