Large, Bright Double Room in Bramley.

Hello,
I have a large double room to rent in my house in Bramley, Leeds. The house is on an attractive stone terraced cul-de-sac. It is well located for commuting to Leeds or Bradford and is near Bus routes 72 (Leeds-Bradford), 91 (Pudsey/Headingley) and 16 (Pudsey/Armley/Leeds).
The room is very large, bright and has plenty of storage and room to work or relax.
You would be sharing my newly fitted kitchen, large bathroom and lounge. Laundry facilities are available in the cellar.
There is free on street parking and there is usually space right in front of the house.
I would like to share with a professional or mature student who is tidy, independent and respectful. I don't mind if you smoke as long as it isn't in the house. I am a freelance professional who works irregular hours so sometimes I will be around a lot and sometimes you will hardly see me! I am a quiet and considerate person to live with.
The area is mostly residential so not many restaurants or cafes. The nearest supermarket is a tesco metro less than 10 mins walk away but there is also a Morrisons and Tesco supermarket within a 5 minute drive.
There are 2 parks very nearby, a pub with Sky & BT Sports and a nice, Victorian swimming baths / gym.
