Lovely double room to let in Burley in Wharfedale. Furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and large built in cupboard.
New kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob etc. (see pictures)
Lounge with dining table and large corner sofa... And also one pole that I use for fitness as I teach pole fitness 2 nights a week!
2 adorable cats who are very friendly - once they get to know you!
I work in the centre of Leeds during the week and teach a couple of nights a week too. I'm fairly busy so if you're looking for your own space that's pretty much guaranteed here!!
There's a large garden at the rear - which does have a nice seating area and lawn but is pretty massive so parts of it are still a work in progress!!
I'm clean and tidy but not to the point of being ridiculous! A house is for living in, not for looking at! One of my precious lodgers had a bike and there's a locked shed at the back of you have one. There's also street parking outside the flat, which is in a lovely neighbourhood and only a 20 minute train ride from Leeds or Bradford.
