Hi there.
I have a large double room that is soon to be available for a house share. I am in the process of decorating and furnishing accordingly and hope to complete this by the end of October.
I am a working professional and have a daughter that lives with me 50% of the time. I am renting the room out to help with household bills.

I live in a 3 bedroom semi detached with a large garden to the front an rear of the property. I have a large living room and a decent sized kitchen with separate utility room (includes a toilet). There are 3 bedrooms in total and a family bathroom which includes a bath and a shower. I have broadband available also.
I am a very clean and tidy person and take pride in my home.

I am looking for a working professional. None smoking.
You are more than welcome to come and view the property prior to any decisions. You can also come and view whilst in the process of decorating.
References and a deposit may be required.
Rent of £325 pcm includes all bills.
