I am a 'live in' landlord and i have a double bedroom (with a single bed) available to rent in castleford.
The house is a 10 minute walk to castleford train station and very close to the m62 (junction 32) and a1. It is also close to the xscape.
The room is currently rented out and the tenant is moving out on 20th February so the room will be ready on or after this date. The room contains a brand new single divan with storage. It contains a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. Also there is some more room in a built in wardrobe for additional storage.
I am looking for a professional person who is respectful, clean and tidy. Please text if you wish to know anything else.
