Available now! One beautiful double room in a recently refurbished shared-house close to Castleford town centre.

Transport links: This is a great location to live - with quick access to local transport links and amenities. Less than ½ mile walk to Castleford railway station – with the bus station even nearer.

If you commute by car then there is also easy access to M62 (less than 3 miles from Junction 31) which then offers fast access to both M1 and A1M and, as Leeds/Bradford Airport is less than 25 miles away, it’s just a short hop to the rest of the world!

Parking: There is ample on-street parking available.

Facilities: The House comprises four double bedrooms and one single bedroom, two brand new shower/WC rooms and a kitchen/diner (with all appliances, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, etc., plus a dining table and chairs, digital TV, and also offers access into the back garden area).

Having recently been completely renovated; including re-wiring, re-plastering, new fixtures and fittings and appliances, it will feel like you have moved into a brand new house!

There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout, and there’s no problem if you want to have your own TV in your room as each bedroom has a television aerial socket with a mains socket conveniently next to it.

Each bedroom is key-code-lockable for privacy and security, and an integrated fire and smoke detection system has been installed throughout along with fire doors on each room for added safety.

To make it as easy as possible for you to move in each room is fully furnished with a bed, orthopaedic mattress, a double wardrobe, a comfy swivel chair and a bedside table with lamp. There is also chest of drawers in each of the double rooms. All you need to bring are your clothes and bedding - but I can even provide bedding (at additional cost) if you need it.

Smoking in the house is not accepted although the rear garden area is available if you are a smoker.

Local amenities: If you work in Castleford you will be there in no time; the town centre is just 1/3 mile away and now boasts two large supermarkets plus the town centre shops and restaurants. Xscape is 2. 2 miles away which offers a huge range of entertainment, day and night.

Local large employers: Castleford and Normanton District Hospital is 0. 8 mile from the house and there are also many other local employers- both large and small.

As a live out landlord, I am a member the Residential Landlords Association so you can be assured the house has been set up to the highest standards of comfort, safety and security.
