My name is Miri Patel, 21. I am renting a 3 Bedroom property and am looking for a female to rent out one of the double rooms. It has a double-bed, two large wardrobes, and central heating. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities such as a fridge-freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

There is a kitchen, a shared living room, a shared dining room downstairs, and a long doorway with a storage closet downstairs. Upstairs are the 3 rooms and the shared bathroom.

The house is right next to Cleckheaton Bus Station.
254/255 - 30 mins bus journey to Leeds City Centre
268 - Direct bus to Dewsbury/Heckmondwike/Bradford/Wakefield
The house is not far from M62.

Low Moor Train Station is 10 minutes away. Dewsbury Train Station is 15 minutes away. The 268 bus can take you there directly.

If you are into cycling or going on scenic walks, the house is only 3 min walk from Spen Valley GreenWay.

No Parties or Drinking Alcohol allowed on the property.

There are currently 2 cats on the property, so please be mindful if you have allergies or fear of cats.
