Unfurnished double room in furnished flat

Double bedroom available, in a fully furnished flat. Room is large and is currently furnished with a single bed (but is large enough for a double should you have your own bed), a chest of drawers, bedside table, a tall bookcase, a clothes rail (this will be replaced in September with a full wardrobe) and your own TV! (You'll need your own digital ariel/digi box for it though as current tenant will be taking his with them). Has a really nice large bay window. Room currently occupied by a one year work placement student and their placement is ending soon so they're heading back to Cumbria. Room will be available from 1st July onwards. Deposit is one months rent.
All the rooms in the flat are separate (handy for a bit of privacy lol). Flat has a good sized lounge and a good sized separate kitchen. There are secure entrances to the building (on a buzzer system). There is a private tenants car park in which the flat has one reserved car parking space plus many spare/visitor spaces. Me and my current flatmate both have cars and have never had any issues. The rent includes all bills (council tax, electric, gas, water, contents insurance, sky tv [inc movies], free evening/weekend phone and broadband).
I'm looking for an easy going flatmate who's happy to alternate on the washing up, who likes the odd take-away, who is happy to chill out watching TV shows and movies.
I have two main jobs... one is fairly traditional office hours but I also work as a dance teacher (ballet is my specialty). I also do the odd sewing job...so if you need trousers taking up, zips replacing, fancy dress costumes making etc as my flatmate you would be able to take advantage of my skills if you should need them.
Flat is in a good location...good access to motorway junction for Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield etc (each city is 20-30mins away by car and the motorway junction is less than 1 mile from the flat - Jct 26 off the M62). Good public transport (buses) to Leeds, Bradford and the places in between with a bus about every 15 minutes to Bradford and Leeds (takes 35-45 mins). Good sized Tesco 5 mins walk away. Town has branch of every bank going, loads of takeaways, hairdressers, small shops etc,
