Room for rent in shared accommodation house in Cleckheaton.
The property is a 4 bedroom terraced house, a close walk to local parks and 10 minute walk away from the town centre with all local amenities (supermarkets, bus station etc).

The town is a close drive to Leeds with regular buses running from the bus station to all local towns - Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax.

There are currently 3 of us living in the house, all friendly sociable lads aged 20-24.

We share a bathroom, kitchen, living room, back garden and home gym in the garage.

The room currently for rent is at £220 per month, this cost includes the price of bills (council tax, water, gas, electric, internet, netflix etc). With a £250 bond required on moving in, this is returned upon leaving, provided the room has been kept in good condition.

The room is currently unfurnished although if you need a hand moving furniture in from somewhere relatively local I have a van and could offer a hand.

We are looking for young housemates ideally.
