Room to rent, private house, quiet location, 250pm

Hi,
I am renting out a single room in my 4 bedroom home which is available immediately.

The room has a lovely view over open fields and the location is semi-rural and would suit somebody who enjoys spending time outdoors. It is around a ten minute drive or 15 minutes on the bus from Airedale Hospital, 10 minutes drive to Cononley train station which connects with Leeds, Bradford and Skipton. There is also a bus service which runs from Keighley through to Burnley.

I live with my 2 small children for half of the week, and have two cats (friendly).

There is on street parking, and a garage if you have a bike and need to keep it indoors, and a fair sized garden. You would have use of the kitchen, and your own storage areas. Bathroom with shower and bath is shared. I work during the week, and I'm usually out of the house between 8am- 8pm on weekdays. I am looking for a Mon-Fri let, or similar part time arrangement, however this might be flexible based on working hours etc, so please give me a call or drop me a text if interested.

I am not looking for any type of person in particular, I'd just like somebody who is clean and tidy, courteous and fairly quiet who I can get along with, but if you want to stay in your room all the time, that is no problem at all. If it seemed convenient then I'd be happy to share meal making responsibilities but again, if you'd prefer to do your own thing that is fine.
