We are set well back from the road and surrounded by trees, it is a period home with lots of attractive features. Downstairs:

- kitchen-diner including dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and fridge space. Wood burning central heating boiler;
- large dining room / sitting room.

There's plenty of outdoor space - south facing patios front and back, fruit and veg garden and greenhouse. Also secure bike shed at the back. Plenty of off street parking. It's also only a two minute walk to either the lovely Crow Nest Park (where we have a 5k Parkrun every Saturday) or to the Spen Valley Greenway.

*Well positioned for access to both M1 and M62.
*Only a 10 min walk to the train and bus stations giving quick access to Leeds, Hudds, Brighouse etc
*On a direct bus route to Halifax, Cleckheaton amongst others.
*Only an 8 mile bike ride on the Greenway to the centre of Bradford.
