Peaceful Room by Dewsbury Hospital w own entrance,

The first floor room has fast WiFi
and its own entrance via an external staircase. Its painted a clean white, and has varnished original floorboards,, a portable heater, radiator, double bed, 3 seater sofa, chair, chest of drawers, fridge, microwave, small electric oven, cordless kettle, sink - drainer, and overhead cupboards. The art deco bathroom is adjacent to your room and of course you can use our washing machine.

We work from our home office and have our own bathroom, downstairs, but yours is communal. . You are welcome to smoke outside in the garden.

Dewsbury train station is a 10 minute walk away, as is Dewsbury college. The hospital is 5 minutes walk away, and the town centre 15 minutes walk. The bond is £450 so with the one month's you would need to find £900 before you can move in, but we do return bond at the end of your stay - assuming all is OK. You will need to give one month's notice before leaving., though you are of course welcome to stay longer than the minimum 6 months if your rent is paid on time.
