House at great location, few minutes drive from M1/A1/ M62 link, close to Leeds, Wakefield & Bradford, and only a 5 min drive to Outwood Train Station. I work full time, and often have things on an evening half the week. You'd have full access to the living room, kitchen, and bathroom to make full use of. Don't feel like you have to live in your bedroom all the time...unless that's what you prefer. As I'm about the weekends might be a bit more noise than during the week. Got a back garden/ yard to chill in. Don't mind smokers as long as they smoke out the back door. I'm pretty easy going.
