Spacious double room to rent in a well sought after residential area. The transport links are very good with a bus route at the top of the road and a 20 minute walk to the train station. The train links to Leeds, Bradford, Keighley are all excellent. If you drive then there is a private drive and plenty of spaces to park. Close by are plenty of local shops, gyms and bars.

The house itself is a beautiful 2 bedroomed terrace house just off Swan Avenue. It has a kitchen, living room with patio doors that open into a reasonable sized back garden which is ideal for lazy summer evenings. There is 1 bathroom however an upstairs and downstairs toilet. All things such as washing machine, fridge, bed, Sky TV and broadband are already here.

I don't smoke and dont mind if you do, as long as you dont mind stepping outside. I also have a 7 month kitten. I consider myself pretty easy going.
