Small single room for rent

Small single room. House is fully furnished. Looking for trustworthy person. Preferably a student to avoid ctax charges. No animals. No smoking inside the house. All bills included (within reason) except ctax as I'm a full-time student and not required to pay this. You would be required to buy your own shopping and toiletries. House has basic sky and Wi-Fi. Shared rooms would be bathroom (has a shower and a bath), kitchen/ dinner and living room. The house also comes with a small rear garden. I'm a full-time student and also work full-time. I'm a very laid back person. However, I have worked hard to keep a nice house and want someone who would respect this. There is parking available on the street. There is no drive. I am looking for a female housemate.
