We have two double rooms that will be available from the end of January 2017, we are looking for a full time 'working' professional female to join the household. The property has two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bills are additional shares between housemates so kept quite low. There is ample storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms.
We are situated just a 5 minute walk away from Roundhay Park where concerts and exercise activities are on during the summer months and also some of the tough mudder type activities for those who enjoy a bit more of a challenge. Chapel Allerton is a 15 minute walk from the house, with a small woodland being the boundary between the two neighbourhoods. We have a regular bus service which runs into Leeds one way and Chapel Allerton in the opposite direction. Local amenities, Post Office, Pharmacy and ATM machine are on Liggett Lane, just a 2 minute walk from the house.

The property has ample car parking spaces.
