The room has recently been refurbished - new ensuite shower room, carpet and decorations. It can be let furnished - King size bed - quality clean mattress, double wardrobe, desk/draws or unfurnished.

Share of the kitchen, we have an extra fridge freezer if required.

This is a family home so we are looking for someone who is looking for a family environment. We have a Labrador and a cat, all are house trained and friendly!
