Friendly and homely 3-bedroomed house

The room is a an attic double with bed and general furniture. We have a modern looking walk-in shower and bath, a perfectly sized kitchen with all the things you need to cook great food (for us!) and a small back garden which sadly lacks the grass we would have hoped for.

We are located near the Co-op on Cardigan Road. It has plenty of local conveniences and is a pretty sociable area, but not that noisy during the week. It's great for getting around as the train station is just across the road and has good bus access to get you where you need to be.

Ian and Monica are both artists and have lived here for about 5 years but are moving out. Stefan works with refugees for the Red Cross. It's quite a creative household and we tend to have food and film nights every now and then. One of the rooms is already filled but there is still one available.

Anything else? Well, the house is double glazed so warm in winter, plenty of basement storage, washing machine, and the usual things you'd expect in your perfect house. The kitchen has had a lick of paint since we took these photos, and I'd like to think we have a good set up here.

Price doesn't include bills which is super fast internet, gas, electric, water and TV license. We need to fill the room by April 1st.
