Short Term Let, Double Room (Optional Long Term)

I am looking for a tenant to take over my double room in the four bed house i currently house share. The current contract for the house runs out at the end of June but i am needing to move into my new house with my partner from the end of April.

Therefore my room is up for rent from 2nd May - June 30th (2 calendar monthS).

The current tenants are 3 lovely professional females, one works in social Care, one works at the university and the other is in recruitment. they are between the ages of 25 and 29. I will be sad to leave them!!

All of the current tenants will be staying until the end of the current contract but the house is still up for rent for a brand new contract year with the letting agent Pickerings for another year from July so an extended stay is optional if you did wish to stay on.

The current rent is £325 and we pay around £80 a month for bills which includes everything.. council tax, tv licence, water, gas, elec, broadband.

The house itself is down a quite leafy road just off meanwood valley trial. It has off street parking and we have a little patio area at the back perfect for BBQs. The house is a terraced house based over three floors and has it's own cellar. the decor is also lovely!

My room is the largest in the house, very airy and plenty of room for lots of things! It has two large windows and a cute false fireplace.
