The whole house has been fully carpeted and decorated in a modern grey colour.

The ground floor benefits from a gloss cream kitchen with large fridge freezer, built in electric cooker, hob and extractor fan plus a washing machine. Trendy coloured splashbacks really set the kitchens off.

There is a communal yard at the back of the house which gets the sun all day.
