One double room available in a 4 bedroom house in central Headingley. Close to bars, shops, restaurants and just 30 seconds off the main bus route in to Leeds, this is a thriving area which is perfect for students.

Due to a change in plans, I am looking for someone to take over my room for the remainder of the year (Rent already paid until September 30th).

Ideally, the three housemates are looking for someone who is up for a laugh and going out but is also conscientious of others as they are all in their final year and will have some work to do.

The property has a great garden space with room for a bbq, a shared kitchen and living room with 4 furnished bedrooms. There is also a newly refurbished bathroom with a seperate toilet downstairs. Off road parking is available at the house.
