Outside deck gets sun all day; when it
shines :-). All other usuals. i. e washing machine, iron, use of cooking utensils obviously.

Viewing recommended.

Must be considerate respectful professional; Friendly but not someone who is looking for a companion and will leave the room as they found it.

There is one fun loving friendly dog and a dog walker visits as needed. A gentle pat on the head or the throw of a toy will be welcome.
