2 Rooms close to town

We have 2 single rooms to rent in Springwood, just outside of town. One room is available now the other will be available from 12/6/12. We will also have a 3rd room available from around the end of June.

The ground floor room contains a single bed and a set of draws.

The first floor room contains a single bed, built in wardrobe and a desk.

we have a small garden to the front that we don't really use and a larger garden at the back which is perfect for bbq days. Permit parking to the front also.

We are looking for cat friendly people as we have 3 cats in the house, 1 very friendly tom who goes in and out as he can and 2 very shy females you probably wont see much of.

We are looking for friendly people that are easy going and will help keep the communal areas clean.

There are smokers in the house but smoking is kept in individuals bedrooms with windows open.
