I chose this house because it is very large and all the rooms (including bedroom) are extremely spacious and is a very good deal money wise (but at the same time it is rather basic)
It's through an estate agent so everything is looked after. Not the best photos but the rooms are large and i'm not good at taking photos - if anyone wants to see anymore drop me a message
The house is fully furnished (apart from a vacuum which i'll try to get round to)! and you are welcome to use anything in it providing the person is respectful of the basics :)
I'm a smoker but i smoke outside when house sharing with a non-smoker
