Double room

Hi,
I have a lovely double room to rent out, which has just been decorated.

You will be sharing the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden as part of friendly professional household with only one other person.

The house is located in Huddersfield, close to local amenities. It is approximately 5 min drive from the M62 and Huddersfield town centre; it is situated on a direct bus route.

The room is furnished with modern new furniture.

The bills include: Gas, Electricity, Broadband, Water & Council Tax.

I work Monday to Friday, so in my spare time I love to socialise and do the usual things: meals out, cinema, nights out, gym, read, cook for friends etc. I am a clean & tidy person and get on with most people I meet.

The property has no private parking, but you can just park on the street. I have never experienced any parking problems and nor did my previous housemates. It is a rather quite street.
