I own a house just outside of leeds city centre 2 mins in a car 15 mins on the bus. The bus stop is across the street as is a best one shop and fish and chips shop who do a mean curry sauce other amenities are within walking distance.

Morrisons is 10 mins walk down the road as is the post office, pharmacy, banks and a variety of other shops.

The M62/M1 Leeds ring road is very close so getting around is easy and ideal for someone in a job with requirements for road travel.

The rent would include all bills, sky, broadband, council tax, gas etc. . . at £350/Month.

Its a Victorian period house so the rooms are big. There is a garden to the back. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The house is up for sale so ideally a short term let.
