The room is in the attic, which is carpeted, has 2 windows and radiator. It also has a tv aerial in there with perfect reception.
I am a very clean person and expect the lodger to be the same and myself and my property.
I love watching sky sports and spend alot of time just chilling out on an evening and weekend watching tv.
I dont smoke and would prefer a non smoker, but if you do would want you to respect my property and smoke outside.
No pets allowed.
