Room is a double bed and comes with a desk, chair, lamps, wardrobe, coat hangar, bookshelf and chest of drawers.
We have a cleaner that comes round regularly and deep cleans the house (included in the rent).
Kitchen utensils and white goods are already provided so you don't need to bring your own (you can if you want though!)

My tenancy ends in August so its perfect if your just moving to Leeds and/or need a place to hunker down in for a few months until you find your feet (option to be long-term is always available if that's what you want too).
