I have a double room available in my rented 2 bed Flat located in Horsforth/Calverley area.

I have just renewed my tenancy from July but currently in the property so can be flexible with move in dates.

The rent is £415 pppcm (excluding bills)

The flat has one room with an en suite (which I occupy) and another double room and the main bathroom next to it.

The room is furnished as I have been using it as a guest room but open to unfurnished if you would prefer.

There is plenty of good storage throughout the flat and the kitchen living area is open plan with a large fridge/ freezer and a washer/dryer.

The location of the flat is very scenic and peaceful. It is right by the canal if you enjoy being outdoors.

There is free private off street parking and there are good transport links nearby.

I am a New Zealander who has lived in the UK for 10+ years. I am a professional who works in Sport and Education. I like to think I’m pretty chilled, I like socialising and making new friends but also enjoy my own space.
