This house is right next to Leeds University's main campus (a 5 minute walk) and therefore also close to Leeds Beckett's city campus (10 minute walk) and to the city centre.

All rooms are individually let and ideal for full time post grad students or final year, mature undergraduates. We will ensure a nice mature hard-working household for the coming academic year.

All rooms are spacious and well presented and the house has a really homely feel to it.

The landlord is university approved and has a small portfolio of properties which he owns and manages. He prides himself in being friendly, approachable and offering a good service. Having been both a student and teacher himself, he understands what students like and is used to dealing with them.
