The room is south facing on the second floor of the house, with three other bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the same floor.

The room has a nice view and is fully furnished with a desk, a wardrobe, a chest of draws and a bed.

There is parking behind the property and also a shared lounge and kitchen - both fully furnished too.

Bills are not included in the rental price but on average they are £5. 50 a week including internet.

The current tenants are students in Leeds, they are all friendly, up for a laugh and look forward to welcoming a new flat-mate. They go out on average once a week but also dedicate lots of their time to studying and spending a lot of time at university.
