Cute sunny little one Bedroom not far from the Leeds Business School on a quiet street near Hyde Park. It is one block from the park and a 5 minute walk to campus. The post code is LS6 1AP.

Loft ceiling and skylight in lounge. It is a two floor one bedroom flat with a staircase separating the upstairs lounge and kitchen from the downstairs bathroom and bedroom. Rent Includes WiFi internet. Water and electric bills combined have cost for me no more than 30 pounds a month. (Although I might be paying too much, so I just re-submitted my meter readings.)

Comes furnished with loveseat, coffee table, wardrobe, bed, and dresser. Will be available July 1st but may be available earlier. The contract is for a year. (This is why I have to leave cause I may only be in the country for a couple months.)

There is an application fee but if you are truly interested after viewing it, I will happily pay it for you.
