We have a beautiful freshly decorated, light double room available in a cosy but spacious two bedroom house, sharing with two other professionals.

We both lead busy lives but when we're not working we enjoy relaxing at home, eating out, travelling, cooking, live music and the outdoors.

We are relaxed and flexible but we do like to keep our home clean and tidy and would be looking for someone to do the same!

The bedroom is fully carpeted, has central heating, a double bed, a double wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. Original features include exposed beams, a fireplace (though not in use) and a working Belfast sink. There is space for a additional pieces of small furniture should you wish to bring items such as a desk or bookshelf.

ALL bills included - gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband and TV Licence

The cellar has a washing machine and tumble dryer, which is accessed through this room. We would therefore need access through the room to be able to do laundry.

The property is situated by the Leeds Liverpool canal and has beautiful waterside views and is perfect for scenic walks and bike rides.

Sorry no DSS, pets or smokers.

We are both vegan and love to cook. We are preferably looking for a vegetarian or pescatarian where possible, but don't let this put you off contacting us if your not!
