I currently live with 3 wonderful Europeans. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is a real winner. Good socialising space which opens up to a small paved back garden area. Lovely landlord who is very efficient and fair. I've been living here on a student exchange from Australia and have had such a great and easy time in this house. I paid half of what the other exchange students paid for rent/bills.
