Hello! I am looking for someone to take my place in a house of 4 girls because I am leaving for a term abroad in April 2016. THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE FROM 1st APRIL UNTIL THE END OF JUNE. You would be living with 3 students, 2 of which are final year fashion students and the other is a languages student. The main thing for the girls is that you are a sociable housemate who wants to integrate with the rest of the house rather than simply coexist. The girls enjoy cosy nights in front of the tv, and going out for a few drinks at the local.
The house is fully furnished in the vibrant area of Hyde Park. We do have wifi in the house too, of course. The house has 1 shower and two toilets. The house contract ends at the end of June so everybody will need to move out then. Rent is £65 per person per week excluding bills.
The room available is the spacious room in the pictures. It is a lovely room. There is plenty of storage in the room including two closets and a big chest of drawers. Please message me on here to arrange a viewing! Vanessa
