It also has beautiful views over the picturesque Woodhouse Ridge, a wonderful setting for those summer BBQ

The large lounge has a brand new large flat screen TV and comfy sofas for you to relax in after a hard day at work. The lounge is large and has commanding views over the ridge.

The kitchen has all the modern appliances expected of a quality House share: 2 large fridge-freezers, so plenty of space for your shopping, washer, electric stove and oven, kettle, microwave and toaster.

There is ample free parking in the area and there is a regular bus service at the end of the road, which goes straight into Leeds city centre, although you'd probably walk into town, as it is so close, only a 15 minute walk - saving you money and hassle!

You're also close to some great local amenities such as a supermarkets and local shops, and there are loads of trendy bars, cafes and restaurants within easy reach at the ever popular Hyde Park Corner area. There is even a beautiful park and river valley of the Woodhouse Ridge for those early morning runs!
