This is a really lovely, spacious room. It has 3 big windows making the room bright, and the house has 4 wonderful housemates. The furniture in the pictures is the tenants own and will be removed when the current tenant leaves, but the room is fully furnished with a double bed, a double wardrobe, a chest of draws, a large desk and a bookcase.
When typing in the rent it wouldn't let me select anything other than whole numbers, so it says on this advert the rent (inc bills) is £84 but it actually works out as £83.55 per week. This includes rent, broadband, electric, gas, water and TV licence.
It really is a lovely room on a lovely street, and the only reason i am leaving is because i have decided not to carry on with my degree.
