ROOM IS AVAILABLE TO STAY IN MONDAY TO FRIDAY MIDWEEK ONLY AND IS NOT AVAILABLE AT WEEKENDS
Tidy house in a quiet residential area available from July. Off street parking and great transport links for local buses, trains and the M1 motorway.

Good sized double room available with a double bed, desk, chair, full length mirror and two full sized cupboards so there is plenty of storage space.

Large shared kitchen, bathroom and a good sized living room that I don't really use. Lot's of space and privacy.

I am an easy going 34 year old professional who works a standard mon-fri week and my current other housemate is also a working professional who is only around a couple of nights a week.

Room is available Mondays to Fridays and not available at weekends. Short term and part week lets considered. High speed broadband and all other bills are included.
