Recent graduates / young professionals welcome (girls only) ~ This is an en-suite bedroom within a 4 bedroom apartment. The kitchen and the living areas are shared. I have attached few pictures of the property when empty as well as videos. It is available from 1st July and is a 14 month contract. ( 1 year 2 months)

Convenience :
• 3 leeds bus stops within 5-10 minute walk
•Leeds university union, business school and the edge all within a 10 minute walking radius
•The girls staying are very nice and homely, of course they would have to meet you ( The girls all do their own thing but are lovely - my reason however is that I have to move for a job to london)
• Bills energy, gas, water, broadband are not included within the montly rent and are shared equally within the flatmates (even with the winters the highest rent inclusive of bills ( gas, water, electricity, council tax, wifi, electricity) would still around 600 gbp - 650 gbp and summers are cheaper)
* Bills are handled by the tenants equally spilt
•council tax band A - split between the flatmates
•Amenities- Gas hob, microwave, oven, washing machine ( No Dryer) , intercom system to attend calls from the front lobby, password front entrance, safety.

The contract is 1 year and 2 months until the Aug 31st.
