I'm looking to rent my 2-bedroom flat in Leeds city centre from late December or January 1st, 2015.

The flat is modern and fully furnished, with:

- Two double bedrooms
- Two bathrooms: one en-suite and one main bathroom (with bath)
- Light and airy lounge & dining room (with TV), with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, (including full-size fridge and freezer)
- Large balcony
- Utility cupboard with washer/dryer and storage space

Excellent location, just next to West Yorkshire Playhouse and opposite Leeds bus/coach station. 2 minute walk to city centre shops and amenities, 10 minutes to Leeds train station. There is also a bike store on the ground floor of the building.
