Hi, I'm a tenant of this house, and we have 1 bedroom available. i am looking for someone to take either over my room in this wonderfully located property.
We are a house of six, which sounds a bit chaotic but with two kitchens and two bathrooms, plus a huge living room and large bedrooms over 3 floors, space is never an issue. The key selling points are the perfect location and proximity to town (10 minute walk to the train station), the quiet and green area, and the cheap rent! It is £340pcm for a room and bills are about £50/month per person and include council tax, water, electricity, gas and fast broadband.

We are four young busy professionals – a teacher, a health manager, a chef and a doctor. We do also hang out together and would welcome anyone into the house.
