Hi I’m Bex.

I have a lovely double room in a two bed city centre flat, in Roberts Wharf. The flat is furnished and consists of a lounge/diner, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room with a washer/dryer and storage space. The flat has all the mod cons, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer etc. There is a balcony, which is furnished with outdoor seating and has amazing views.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe (you cant see the wardrobe in the picture), chest of draws and a bedside cabinet and has a beautiful riverside view. It feels so cosy that I almost decided to swap rooms!

The rent £520 is inclusive of all bills. This includes electricity, water, TV licence, council tax, phone and broadband, Sky TV. Happy to explain the breakdown of bills (its boring stuff).

No deposit required. This gives you the option to move out if you don’t like living in the flat (or me, although hopefully we will get along great).
Beautiful riverside views
There is parking available on site, this is £100 per month.
The location is great, it is city centre without the feel of living right in the centre.
Nearby supermarkets and a ten minute walk into town.

About you:
I am looking to live with someone who is relaxed, clean and tidy and who would like to spend some time together, although not live in each others pockets and be respectful of one another’s space.
I don’t mind if you are a smoker, although you will need to smoke outside on the balcony.

I am looking for someone to move in on or around 4th October. You don’t need to cough up a deposit as I have already paid this. We will need to add you to the tenancy agreement. I have put 6 months as an initial term although I am more than happy to negotiate this when you come to look at the flat.
