Flatmate Wanted For Spare Big Double Room

Spacious double bedroom in the city centre on the the canal. flat is a 2 minute walk from call lane and 5 minutes from the train station. Close to everything, shops and bars.

The room is the bigger of the two (as I only really need mine for sleeping). A shared bathroom and a large living room with room a dining table. Apartment block has a private courtyard and the flat has double doors that open out to it. It feels like you're own personal garden and in the summer its cool to chill in and get the deck chairs out.

Rent and bills come to about £530 and onsite parking space is available at an extra cost of £25. parking is difficult to come by in leeds city centre.

I am looking to extend my contract for another 6 months or longer. Current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend.

Looking for a young professional who is easy to get along with and is up for a laugh but is also tidy.

I'm an engineer working in leeds. Main interests are football and most other sports. Going to gigs and playing the piano (or at least trying to play).
