My current flatmate is sadly moving down south to London which is why I am advertising the room.

I am a 27 year old civil engineer, originally from Scotland and have lived in Leeds for 3 years now. During the week after work I enjoy doing a bit of cooking along with a cold beer infront of the TV. On a Friday or Saturday night I might go out for a few drinks and game of pool meaning the rest of the weekend is pretty chilled, partial to making a roast on a Sunday. Ideally I would be looking for someone with the same sort of office hours as myself, who is considerate during the week but also likes to socialise at the weekend.

The flat is located at Roberts Wharf (opposite Clarence Docks), overlooking the Royal Armories. It is a spacious flat with an open plan kitchen / living area and a balcony.

The advertised room is a LARGE double and you would have your own separate bathroom (not en-suite). The flat is really nicely furnished making it a great flat for a young professional :)

The rent is £375, and the other bills such as council tax, TV license, internet, water and electricity make an approximate total of £500. I don't think I have ever payed more than this, so it is a good working maximum. The estate agent is Sanderson Weatherall who have been great when things need looked.
