Hi

I have a large fully furnished double room to rent in Gateway South as I am moving to London. I own the flat myself so it has been finished and cared for to a higher standard than a normal rental.

The other room in the flat has an en-suite so this room has sole use of the large house bathroom.

There is one parking space with the flat which we currently share between us and there is plenty of on-street parking close by.

The current tenant Kayleigh is a young clean & tidy professional that enjoys going out socialising with friends for drinks and food mainly at the weekends but doesn't mind social drink during the week.

The development has an on-site gym, shop, and concierge as well as being located close to the city centre's shops and bars. Use of the gym is inclusive as part of being a tenant within Gateway.

Bills are generally in the region of £75 per month.

The room will be available for 1st August though there may be some flexibility in this for the right person.
