The room is pretty big, and you'll have your own bathroom (with a bath too). The flat has a balcony, open kitchen/dining room area, washing machine.. Everything basically! There's also a car park within the building if you need a space.

The flat is really modern and is in the Northern quarter and within 2mins walking distance of all the bars on Merrion St and near Belgrave too.. So it's a good area to be in if you like going out!

Also close to the O2 Arena and food shops including Morrisons/Sainsburys. The flat gets a good bit of light in the early afternoon until the evening so the balcony is a pretty good sunbathing spot.

I'm a trainee solicitor and work in the city centre. The room is available to professionals only Im afraid.. students don't have to pay council tax!

Bills are max 150pm (including council tax, elec, water, internet, tv licence). With rent and bills in total it's about  £520pm.
