Hey everybody, I am moving out of my amazing flat for three months whilst I take a sabbatical and I am looking for someone to take the room whilst i'm gone. This would suit any professionals looking for a short term contract.

The location of the flat is 5 minutes from Belgrave and The Headrow. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station and would be ideal for any professionals who work in town or commute out.

The building is relatively new and the flat is a two bedroom, two bathroom property with a balcony. I will be letting out my bedroom which has the ensuite. The bedroom has the ensuite, a set of drawers, a mirror, double bed and wardrobe. The ensuite has a new shower and toilet. The bedroom window gets a lot of natural light and looks over to the direction of St James Hospital.

The flat has all the basics you need for a short term let. It has broadband, a 32 inch TV with free view, fudge/freezer, washer, full set of new pots, pants and cooking utensils.

My flatmate is also my colleague, who works for a local youth charity. He is a laid back character, who enjoys listening to music, grabbing drinks and socialising with friends in the city centre, watching football and playing sports in his spare time. We are looking for somebody who keeps the space clean, respects the place but would also like to get to know and hangout with their flatmate occasionally.
