I have a city centre flat with a private bathroom (although this is not an en suite). It's a furnished south facing double room very close to the city centre ( 10 minute walk from the train station)
I'm looking for a fun person who will socialise on the evenings and go out at the weekend but is is also clean, tidy and respectful of the flat. There is a private gym for residents; I have fast broadband, Sky, Netflix and Amazon prime!
The flat will be available to rent from 20th November to the end of Jan and then it will be available from January onwards
