Double bedroom w/ ensuite in large citycentre flat
I am a 23 year old teacher who graduated from Leeds uni last year. I work at a school in Doncaster, but wanted to stay in Leeds as most of my friends are still here.
I own the flat and currently rent the spare room to a friend, however she is moving home at the end of December as didn't manage to get a grad job in Leeds.
I work hard during the week, leaving for school at 6 and I normally get home around 5 and work for a few more hours. Despite working hard, I still like to socialise during the week and go for dinner / drinks, and on the weekend I normally go out in the evenings and play hockey on Saturdays. I'm very easy going and generally just like to have fun and keep busy.
The flat is big for 2 people, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen and living area and views over the canal.
I'm keen for someone who I'll get on well with to move in, so would definitely want to meet for a few drinks / a flat viewing before you move in.
Charging 700pm for the room, all bills and council tax included.
